MACY: I have the answer.
ALEX: To what?
MACY: Like when you were saying if something happened to you and you couldn't tell anyone.
ALEX: It doesn't matter, just forget it.
MACY: See, what I would do is I'd write a letter.
ALEX: To who?
MACY: The person you did it to. Like an apology or whatever. Or maybe to someone else like a separate person. But the point is to get it down and off your chest. And then, you can stop stressing.
ALEX: And, what am I supposed to do with the letter after?
MACY: Doesn't matter, like, save it, send it, burn it, you know? Writing it down is the important thing. So I mean once you get it out there you'll feel way better. It's a big relief.
